When and how would you perform a multi-group analysis (MGA) in AMOS to examine moderation effects of a categorical variable?

MGA is used to test if a model's paths differ across groups (e.g., gender). In AMOS, you split the sample by the categorical variable, run a model with structural weights constrained equal across groups, and compare its fit to an unconstrained model using a chi-square difference test.
