What specific metrics and thresholds do you use to assess a reflective measurement model in SmartPLS (e.g., outer loadings, Cronbach’s Alpha, rho_a, CR, AVE)?

Which specific metrics and threshold values are used to evaluate a reflective measurement model in SmartPLS, such as outer loadings, Cronbach’s Alpha, rho_A, composite reliability (CR), and average variance extracted (AVE)?

Outer loadings >0.708 (or >0.6 acceptable). Cronbach’s Alpha & rho_a >0.7. Composite Reliability (CR) >0.7. Average Variance Extracted (AVE) >0.5. These thresholds confirm indicator reliability, internal consistency, and convergent validity for the reflective constructs.
