The procedure is sequential. First, the measurement model is assessed to ensure constructs are reliably measured. For reflective constructs, this involves evaluating indicator loadings, internal consistency, and discriminant validity. Second, the structural model is evaluated by examining the significance and strength of path coefficients (hypothesized relationships), the R² values of endogenous constructs, and the model's predictive relevance (Q²).
