Tips to prepare for thesis defence

I have to present my thesis this week. My senior has asked me to prepare thoroughly for thesis defence, as lot of questions will be thrown at me. Any quick tips on how to prepare for thesis defence?

Do not try to memorize all the studies cited in your thesis. Just know the details of the few key studies that form the basis of your investigation.
Be familiar with larger issues; Basic assumptions, theoretical framework, paradigm, cross-cultural perspectives etc.
Have a understanding about the nature of your research problem and the major issues involved in it.
Don’t use too many jargons
Be prepared to clarify your assumptions, theoretical positions, methods, and conclusions

Ok in that case make sure you:
Type the title in bold and centered font.
In the next slide include acknowledgment.
Insert a precise statement in the following slide and justify the statement with several slides that reflects your data.
Include the significance of the research in one slide, followed by the applications of your finding
