An introduction chapter should consist of information about your research topic, hypothesis, question, briefly explanation of methodological approach, and the structure of the paper. While writing your introduction chapter, consider the following points. 1.Highlight the importance of your topic 2.Present an overview of your research paper 3.Reveal existing gaps between two studies 4.Formulate the research question 5.Outline the crucial elements in your study 6.Describe the significant result

While writing an introduction, begin with general information regarding your topic. Try not to get into the depths of your topic in the initial stage, just explain an overview on the topic. Explain what you want to find and how will you find it. Also, to avoid confusion, explain the key terms and concepts that you will be using in your research paper. Maintain the consistency in your writing and ensure that a link within the sentences/ paragraphs is established.
