Hello buddy. Even I had a same query while writing my thesis. I spoke to my colleagues and seniors and finally found an answer.
Make sure you have gathered enough sources. If not, check for some more sources
Do not pile up things for last minute
Ensure you have selected a right topic
Include content that is relevant. Do not write unnecessary contents
Do not forget to cite the reference
Avoid plagiarism

Deepa, Deepthi has already given you few tips. I would like to include the ones name1 has missed out. It is advisable to talk to your guide and know which formatting style that needs to be implemented in your work. Never implement a wrong style, do not give extensive information, see to that there is logical flow between the sentences and your chapters are organised.

Though you make sure you have taken enough care and avoided all possible mistakes, I would still suggest you to seek help from professionals. There are online organisations which offer thesis writing service. Maybe you can take their help.
