The best institutes offering this course are Max Planck Institute of Astrophysics, University of Central Lancashire, IIA. But getting admission in this institute is a hard nut to crack. Some of the topics I would suggest are
1. 3D modelling of nearby galaxies
2. Adaptive optics for free-space optical communications
3. Archaeology of the Milky Way
