Focusing on social and humanitarian aspects is the core of John Rawls's philosophy, not a violation. His theory of justice is explicitly social and humanitarian, prioritizing the welfare of the least advantaged. Any "violation" would come from ignoring these aspects in favor of, say, pure utilitarianism or libertarian entitlement, which his work directly critiques.
