From my experience, effective curriculum planning begins with needs analysis, including learners, society, and labor market demands. This is followed by defining clear learning outcomes, selecting content, and structuring sequences. Next, appropriate pedagogical strategies and assessment methods are aligned. Stakeholder consultation, including teachers, students, and community representatives, is critical for relevance and feasibility. Finally, implementation planning, resource allocation, and feedback mechanisms are established. Iterative review ensures the curriculum remains responsive to evolving needs.
