What is the level of teachers’ awareness and understanding of curriculum in your educational context?
Teachers are central to translating curriculum into classroom practice. I’m interested in understanding how deeply they engage with curriculum beyond syllabi. This question is important for identifying gaps between curriculum design and implementation.

From my experience, teachers’ curriculum awareness varies widely depending on training and leadership support. I have seen many teachers focus narrowly on textbooks and exams rather than broader curriculum goals. I would recommend sustained professional development that unpacks curriculum intent, progression, and assessment logic. When teachers understand the “why” behind the curriculum, implementation becomes more coherent and student learning improves.
