Your estimate of ~10²³ m?³ is reasonable for the inner, hot regions of accretion disks around compact objects like black holes or neutron stars. Densities can range from much lower in the outer disk to potentially several orders of magnitude higher in the very innermost regions, depending on the system's mass accretion rate.
