Use AI as a brainstorming or editing assistant, not as an original author. Always disclose its use. To avoid copyright problems, never input copyrighted material (e.g., full articles) without permission, and do not use AI outputs that are verbatim copies of its training data. Use tools with clear data policies, and ensure final work represents your own analysis and synthesis of ideas.
