Using AI as a tool is acceptable, but not as a replacement for expert skill. It can efficiently produce a draft or clarify passages. However, the final output must be verified by a human with domain and linguistic expertise, as AI can introduce errors, miss nuance, or hallucinate content. Ethically, you must transparently disclose its use if required by the publisher or client. You are paid for your expert judgment, not just for running a tool.
