Commercially Available Green-Synthesized Nanoparticles

I keep reading about green synthesis of nanoparticles in research papers, but I’m curious—are there actually any commercial nanoparticle products out there that are made using green synthesis methods?

Fully commercial, large-scale nanoparticle products that are explicitly marketed as green-synthesized are still quite limited. That said, some companies do produce nanoparticles like silver or zinc oxide using biological or environmentally friendly routes, mostly at lab or pilot scale. The biggest hurdle is scaling these green methods while keeping costs low and quality consistent. Although not mainstream yet, ongoing R&D and niche uses—such as antimicrobial coatings and cosmetics—are slowly pushing green-synthesized nanoparticles closer to real-world commercialization.
