Where can I find reliable databases or sources for grey literature in Spanish?

From my experience supporting research projects, Spanish grey literature is best accessed through institutional rather than commercial databases. I have seen government portals, university repositories, and international organization archives provide the most consistent coverage. I would recommend starting with national research councils and open-access university platforms. These sources often contain theses, reports, and policy documents that never appear in indexed journals.
