I am working with a new theoretical or procedural model. The challenge lies in implementation rather than conceptual development.I want methodological guidance that is academically defensible.

From my experience supervising applied research, successful implementation usually follows an iterative methodology. I have seen strong projects begin with pilot applications, followed by reflexive evaluation and gradual scaling. I would recommend clearly defining assumptions, testing the approach in limited contexts, and documenting adaptations. Implementation is rarely linear, and methodological transparency about failures and adjustments often strengthens, rather than weakens, the scholarly contribution.
