What happened with canada’s anti-cyberbullying law?
Canada passed Bill C-13 years ago to combat cyberbullying. Did it actually do anything? Is it still in force?

Yes, Bill C-13 is in force and created a specific criminal offense: non-consensual distribution of intimate images. It gave prosecutors a tool that didn't exist before. However, it remains controversial. Critics point to its broad surveillance provisions, which go far beyond cyberbullying and grant police warrantless access to subscriber data. So the law works for its stated purpose, but civil liberties concerns persist. It's both a protection and a overreach, depending on who you ask.
