A few core battles. Equity: Who gets a seat at the table—just the old space powers, or everyone? Security: How do we stop the weaponization of orbit before it starts? Sustainability: Debris mitigation isn't sexy, but it's existential. Governance: The 1967 Outer Space Treaty never imagined SpaceX. And the big one: Resource utilization. If you mine the Moon, do you own what you dig up? There's no consensus yet. That's what they're arguing about.
