What are cheap fpga kits for power electronics control?

I want to implement advanced control (SVPWM, MPC) on an FPGA but don't have a big budget. Any low-cost boards that can handle power electronics?

Several solid options. DE10-Lite (Intel/Terasic) and Basys 3 (Xilinx/Digilent) are great low-cost entry points with enough logic for most control algorithms. For more I/O and flexibility, the Zybo Z7 (Xilinx Zynq) includes an FPGA + ARM core, ideal for more complex designs. All have onboard ADCs or easy expansion for interfacing with power stages. Pick one, learn the toolchain, and start switching.
