While writing a technical paper you must include a title page, abstract, introduction, body, conclusion and citation.
The title page must be descriptive
In the abstract section state the research problem, your approach to finding its solution, and the significant contributions of your paper. The material in this section must not be repeated in other sections of the paper.
In the introduction, the section includes the key components of the approach, results, interesting facts about your research and why the reader should read it.
In the body include the tools/software used to conduct the research, procedures used, data analysis techniques, etc.
In conclusion, section places your opinion supported by evidence, limitations and strengths of your research.

generally a technical paper includes an introduction, research methodology, findings, conclusion and references section.
To know what should be included in these sections either talk to your supervisor or refer
