Repeated measures ANOVA test is a statistical test that is considered as an extension of the dependent t-test. This test needs one dependent and one independent variable. While the independent variable needs to be categorical, the dependent variable should be continuous. And yes you can definitely conduct this test in SPSS.

To conduct this test, you have to consider few assumptions.
1.Normality assumption – this implies that the test variables should follow a multivariate normal distribution in the population
2.Sphericity assumption – tested with Mauchly’s test, this test is the variance of different values among the test variables and should be equal in the population.
