PhD admission
Hey, I want to get admission in PhD but before doing that I wish to know some minor details such as How much time does a PhD take? Can I complete it within three years?

1. You have a master’s degree or not?
2. The domain in which you are working, if you take a topic with only little existing information, then it will take a longer time.
3. Your motivation: It also depends on how motivated you are throughout your PhD program, as when I was doing my PhD only one person was able to do it in 3 and a half years. So it is difficult to complete the PhD program in three years, but if you are motivated enough, then you can think about it.
4. Your mentor: Your PhD duration chiefly depends on your mentor and on the factors such as how much he is supporting you, he approves your dissertation on time or not.
