Yes definitely. You can use multisim. This software includes several options for design validation and
provides user with flexible layout options. The package comes in 2 versions with basic options (free version).
Whereas a paid version is equipped with functionality in terms of error reduction and enhanced integration flow from schematic to testing.

I would suggest you to go with PartSim only. It is a free and easy to use circuit simulator.
Some of the key features of this tool are it is a full SPICE simulation engine, has graphical waveform viewer,
web-based schematic capture tool. It also has an integrated Bill-Of-Materials manager that allows you to assign digi-key part numbers to your models.

You can use GnuCap. It is known as GNU Circuit analysis package,
and performs various circuit analysis functions including ac analysis, dc and transient analysis, etc.
