Sure! But before that, do you know what exactly does validity mean and why is it necessary?

By Raghav V Answered 7 years ago

Yes I know the basics of validity. No issues with it.

By Pradeep Sharma Answered 7 years ago

Ok. In that case I will explain what exactly internal and external validity mean. Internal validity measures of the experiment. External validity thoroughly explains the extent to which the findings of a study could be generalized.

Can someone explain with an example?

By Prithvi Patel Answered 7 years ago

Of Course! I will give an example for internal validity. A rat lost weight when it exercised on a wheel. Here you make use of experimental practices, random samples, and control variables to account that caused weight loss. Here you accounted for confounding variables that affect your data.
