How to remove plagiarism without changing the context.

For my thesis, when I did my plagiarism check it came up to 34% plag. I am stressed out that making changes to the work will change the meaning or its idea. What should I do?

Instead of changing the whole content of your paper, you should paraphrase the content that has 1% or more that 1% plag. Doing so will help you reduce plagiarism that has a higher plag percentage. Re-check for plagiarism through Turnitin, repeat the process till the plag is reduced to your desired requirement.
