Elements and methods in quantitative research

Choice of data collection tools, data analysis tools and research design are the important elements of quantitative research design.
The data collection methods include surveys or gathering information from government records. Data analysis tools include F test, T test.
And the research design can be either descriptive or experimental.

I will suggest you go with either meta-analysis or observational study. 
The meta-analysis combines the results from a comprehensive thesis or existing research. 
Whereas in an observational study you can observe the participants by placing the participants in the controlled and experimental group.

The best approach is the survey method. Choose a sample using random sampling technique and provide them with a questionnaire 
 and obtain relevant response from the participants.

 According to me case study is the best method. It provides you with a detailed history of the participants life using which you can conduct your study.
