Intelligence is the cognitive capacity to learn, reason, solve problems, and adapt—largely analytical and knowledge-based. Wisdom is the judicious application of knowledge and experience, characterized by deep understanding, emotional regulation, ethical insight, perspective-taking, and long-term judgment for human flourishing. Intelligence is about figuring things out; wisdom is about knowing what to do with that understanding for a good life.
