Assumptions of ordinal regression test

Can ordinal regression be calculated in SPSS? Also, it would be great if someone could guide me on the assumptions of this test.

Ordinal regression test includes three assumptions. These include
1. One or more independent variable must be ordinal and continuous
2. Multilinearity occurs when two or more independent variables are correlated with each other
3. Dependent variable must be measured at ordinal level

Ordinal regression has 4 assumptions.
1. The dependent variable which is to be measured must be at ordinal level
2. The independent variable must be continuous and categorical
3. Multicollinearity is not present
4. There exists proportional odds
