From my experience working with sustainability education tools, a Serious Game is designed primarily for learning rather than entertainment. I have seen these games used to simulate complex systems like climate policy, resource management, or urban planning. I would recommend viewing them as experimental spaces where players can explore consequences without real-world risks. Their strength lies in making abstract sustainability challenges tangible, interactive, and easier to understand for diverse audiences.
