What dielectric constant and loss tangent values define BaTiO3 DRA performance at 2.5GHz?

Which values of dielectric constant and loss tangent are used to define the performance of a BaTiO3 dielectric resonator antenna operating at 2.5 GHz?

 εr ≈ 37 (can vary with processing), tanδ ≈ 0.0001–0.0005. High εr allows very small DRA size (~λ/10). Low tanδ ensures high Q (1000+). Performance: narrow bandwidth (~1–3%), high gain (~5–7 dBi) possible. Temperature stability: BaTiO3 has high τf (frequency temp. coeff.), may need compensation.
