Is there any difference between the survey and the questionnaire? Or they the same?

No they are not the same. There are two features that separate questionnaire from the survey.
A questionnaire is basically a set of questions that are used for gathering information.
A questionnaire doesn’t make use of aggregate data for the purpose of statistical analysis

I completely agree with rahul. Survey and questionnaire are not the same. A questionnaire is used to gather information for the benefit of an individual. But a survey is used to gather information for the benefit of a group.

Yes. both rahul and parul are right. Simply put, a survey is the process of data gathering and data analysis, whereas the questionnaire is nothing but a set of questions that are used to collect the information.
