Is it appropriate to apply curriculum planning principles when designing a company’s training module?

From my experience, curriculum planning principles translate very well to corporate training contexts. I have seen training programs become more coherent and effective when outcomes, activities, and assessment are aligned. I would recommend adapting rather than copying academic models, keeping the focus on performance and application. When curriculum thinking is applied thoughtfully, corporate training moves beyond information delivery toward meaningful skill development.
