I want to cite sources using Harvard style. But I’m not aware of the guidelines to be followed while citing the sources. Can someone please provide me some tips on the same?

The format to be followed while citing the E-book accessed via online is as follows:
Since Ebook consists of page numbers, in in-text citation you have to include them. Eg: (Ghatak 2002, p.70)
In list of references, include author/editor’s name(s), date of publication, title of e-book, publisher, format, accessed date (day, month, year ), URL
If you have accesses Ebook from Ebook readers such as Kindle, then follow the below format
In in-text reference, do not include page number. Eg: (Ghatak 2002)
In list of references, include author name and initial, year (edition of Kindle), title, the Ebook version you accessed, accessed date, DOI of the Ebook

If you are citing journal articles, then include the page number in In-text as you will be paraphrasing and quoting directly. However, if you are citing the main idea of the article only then do not include the page numbers. And in the list of references, include author’s surname and initial, year of publication, the title of the article, title of the journal, volume number, issue number, article’s page range , DOI (Digital Object Identifier)
