Are there examples of political involvement by current European monarchs or their heirs?
This arises from debates on neutrality of monarchies. Some heirs appear more publicly engaged. I want constitutional clarity rather than media impressions.

From my experience, European monarchs and heirs are expected to maintain strict political neutrality. I have seen occasional involvement in symbolic or advisory roles, but overt political engagement is constitutionally constrained. When heirs express views, it often triggers public debate precisely because it sits at the edge of acceptability. I would recommend distinguishing ceremonial influence from genuine political participation, which remains largely prohibited.
