Are there dedicated historical archives or institutional collections focusing on the development of Operations Research in Europe?
Beyond published papers, I'm interested in primary sources—early meeting minutes, correspondence, technical reports from seminal projects. For a historical project on OR's post-war evolution, do you know of any dedicated archival collections I could access, perhaps at founding institutions?

Yes, though they are often dispersed. From my experience, you should contact the archives of founding institutions. In the UK, the National Archives at Kew hold wartime Admiralty papers, and the London School of Economics may have personal papers of key figures. I would recommend directly querying EURO about their historical records. Furthermore, institutions like ETH Zurich or CERN often have robust digital repositories for technical reports. I've found that persistence with individual university archives and society headquarters yields the richest, unpublished material for a deep historical study. Â
